As the General Manager of Talent Management in the company, your role would be crucial in ensuring that the organization has the right talent in place to drive innovation, growth, and success in a rapidly evolving industry. You would develop and implement strategies for talent management aligned with the company's overall objectives. This involves understanding the current and future talent needs of the organization and devising plans to address them effectively.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future talent needs and develop plans to address gaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing strategies, selection methods, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Oversee employee development programs, including training and career development initiatives, to support the growth and advancement of employees.
  • Implement performance management processes to ensure ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for employees.
  • Lead efforts to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization through targeted initiatives and programs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Identify key positions within the organization and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for future leadership roles.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement a compensation strategy which involves defining pay structures, salary bands, and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of the organization's compensation packages against industry standards and market trends.

Personal Profile

  • Professional Education in Human Resources Management and Bachelor’s level university degree in any discipline.
  • Master’s level degree in Business Administration.
  • 05 years of experience in Talent Management, HR or related fields, with a proven track records of success in developing and implementing talent management strategies.


As an Engineer of the pioneering ICT solutions provider, you will be a distinguished member of our team, which is mainly responsible for planning, designing, operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure.

Personal Profile

  • Four-year Degree in BSc Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology (Telecommunication/Electrical & Electronic/Computer Engineering/Information Engineering etc.) from a University/Institute recognized by UGC - Sri Lanka and Institute of Engineers -Sri Lanka, equivalent to SLQF 6.
  • Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka.
  • Experience/qualifications in the fields of digital lab, digital products, digital platform operations, application automation & integration and information security will be an added advantage.

Personal Profile

  • G.C.E. (O/L) Exam with 06 passes in one sitting with 04 credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil, English Language & Mathematics and G.C.E. (A/L) examination with 03 passes in one sitting.
  • ACS Diploma, BCS Diploma, Higher Diploma in System Design, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, System Design, Web Designing etc. obtained from a recognized institute by UGC-Sri Lanka or government authority, equivalent to NVQ-6 or SLQF 4 or above.


SLT is seeking a motivated persons as a Marketing Officers to manage the existing customer accounts and to establish new business opportunities in the Enterprise market.

Personal Profile

  • G.C.E. (O/L) Examination with 06 passes at one sitting with 04 credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil, English Language and Mathematics, and G.C.E. (A/L) examination 03 passes in one sitting.
  • A Diploma in Marketing from SLIM (Graduate Diploma Level)/CIM Part II or Advanced Diploma in Marketing from a University/Institute recognized by UGC-Sri Lanka or any other government authorities, equivalent to NVQ-6 or SLQF 4 or above.
  • At least One year working experience in the field of marketing in a reputed establishment would be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English with oral & written communication abilities.


SLT is in search for high caliber, result-oriented, qualified individual capable of playing a key role in the internal audit team.

Personal Profile

Minimum of 05 years in Internal Audit and/ or External Audit Experience in Manager Capacity would be an added advantage.

  • Associate Membership of ICA/CIMA/ACCA.


Personal Profile

  • A Higher Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/ Auditing or any other professional qualification from a recognized Institute (CA/CIMA/ACCA etc.) equivalent to NVQ-6 or SLQF-4.
  • G.C.E. (O/L) Examination, in 06 subjects in one sitting with 04 credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil, English Language and Mathematics and 03 passes at the G.C.E. (A/L) examination in one sitting.
  • 03 years in Internal Audit and/ or External Audit Experience (including minimum one year as a team leader/senior audit member).
  • Completed training required for CASL.


SLT is in search for high caliber, result-oriented, qualified individual capable of playing a key role in the Forensic & Compliance team. Senior Manager Forensic Investigations role is developed to ensure the Organization’s exposure to the Fraud risks are identified and treated on a timely manner.

Personal Profile

  • A bachelor's degree or equal in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience in working with databases, data cleaning, and data preprocessing and experience in forensic data analytics.

The Offers/Conditions

  • Appointment will be on permanent basis (excluding General Manager-Talent Management and Senior Manager-Forensic Investigations) subject to one-year probation period.
  • Appointment will be on contract basis for two (02) years period for the posts of General Manager-Talent Management and Senior Manager-Forensic Investigations.
  • Upper age limit is 55 years for the post of General Manager-Talent Management, 45 years for the post of Senior Manager-Forensic Investigations and 35 years for all other positions.
