(PCI) a company organized under the UK laws for the establishment and operation of an SLT branded calling card in the UK, SLT has disconnected the PCI circuit connection. PCI has defaulted payment to SLT in a sum totaling US$ 10,030,507.19. SLT is now contemplating legal action for the recovery of the debt.
