Corporate Disclosure - Sri Lanka Telecom Ltd

In terms of Sec. 9.1 (ii) of the Disclosure Requirements under the CSE Rules, we write to disclose that Sri Lanka Telecom Ltd. has been granted approval under Section 17 of the BOI Law.
In terms of this approval given by their letter dated 14.5.2007, all future imports of capital goods and telecommunication equipment by the Company will be free of customs duty.
