For directory information with regard to international numbers dial 1234.
One unit of local call charge will be added to your bill for this service.

Collect Call Service (CO)
A collect call is taken through our Call Center where the called party at the destination country accepts and pays call charges on behalf of the calling party. A customer in Sri Lanka also can accept collect calls from overseas. Collect call service is established with the following countries:

Station-to-Station Calls (SS)
A long-distance telephone call in which the caller is charged upon
reaching anyone at the receiving number.

Person-to-Person Calls (PP)
The caller specifies the name of the person being called. The caller need
not pay for the call if the specified person is not available.

Collect Call Service (CO)
A collect call is taken through our Call Center where the called party at
the destination country accepts and pays call charges on behalf of the
calling party. A customer in Sri Lanka also can accept collect calls from
overseas.

Home Country Direct Service (HCD)
This is similar to a collect call where the customer dials an assigned
number directly to an International Operator of the respective country.

Countries where Home Country Direct Service is available:

Sri Lanka Direct Service (CD)
Calls originating from outside Sri Lanka will be connected to the called
party in Sri Lanka through our Call Center as a collect call. The specific
feature of this service is that a Sri Lankan who originates a call from
overseas will be able to communicate with the operator in his own
language.
