Introducing the service

The “QUICKMEET” audio conferencing service facilitates conferencing through the telephone. The telephone used could belong to any network. The service is available irrespective of the locality of the participants. In order to avail the service, the participants need to get connected to QUICKMEET conferencing Voice Bridge.

Value Added Services – Teleconference Call Recording Service (Optional)

  1. One time Connection Charge – Rs. 250
  2. Monthly rental for each 1GB Storage – Rs. 250
  3. Only up to 5GB storage will be provided per account.

NOTES

  1. The above charges are exclusive of taxes
  2. Call Charges – As per the standard tariff
  3. Both On-demand and Scheduled Audio Conferencing facilities are provided

Relevant service information:
i. The maximum number of migrations between packages per month per customer is four.
   
ii. Customer needs to manage the storage space of his web account for storing audio conferencing files
   
ii. The default username and password for web account is the account no. given for the QuickMeet audio conferencing service
   
iv. Customer needs to change password on first login
   
v. Audio files will be available for download/listening after 1 day
   
vi. An alert message will be given to customer via email when 70% of the web account is utilized
