Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), the premier ICT Solutions Provider in the country recently declared open its newly renovated Regional Telecom Office in Galle at a special opening ceremony. The office, which was reopened with a new look is now fully equipped with the latest facilities and services and is geared to seamlessly connect customers in the Southern province with world class information, communication and entertainment services, and provide them with superior and more enhanced service experience.
The office was officially declared open by Mr. Lalith De Silva, the Group Chief Executive Officer of SLT in the presence of top officials of SLT that included Mr. Chinthaka Wijesooriya – the Chief Regional Officer, Mr. Roshan Kaluarachchi – the Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. N.A.M. Senanayake – the Deputy Chief Officer / Operation and Service Delivery, Mr. Saman Abeysekara – the General Manager / Region 2 and Mr. Dinesh Gallage – the DGM Southern Province with several valued customers of SLT from the Southern Province who gathered to celebrate this event.
The new SLT Regional Office is equipped with a Customer Experience Centre for customers to get a firsthand experience of SLT’s consistent, high speed, uninterrupted broadband services and wi-fi facilities via the latest broadband technologies including both wired and wireless as well as experience the company’s range of other superior services. The Regional Telecom Office is centrally located in Galle at Wakwella Road, and promises to provide efficient and world class ICT solutions for customers of the region.
